Service 1: Career Planning Assessment (CPA)

Now is your time to shine!

“Shine?” You say. Absolutely! And we’re going to compile all your wonderful skills and abilities in one, concise report after we work together to complete your CPA.

“What’s a CPA?” you ask. It’s an acronym for the Career Planning Assessment, and it’s a functional assessment designed to evaluate your work skills, determine your support needs, and provide information needed for us to plan for your future employment. The CPA can either be a stand-alone service or the first step to begin Supported Employment services. Using an individualized and supportive approach, you’ll complete your CPA alongside one of our certified, CPA evaluators. During our time together, we’ll learn more about how you interact with your neighborhood by focusing on home and community exploration, career exploration, and work skills assessments.
